Daily Kos speculates on the correlation between left vs. right and Apple vs. PC.
Totally neutral observation here, but the dinosaur analogy is particularly apt - I seem to remember from my natural history reading that mammals existed at the same time as proto-dinosaurs, but mammals were outcompeted and reduced to niche species for 140 million years. That is, until conditions somehow changed so that all the dinosaurs died out, except very small ones with feathers.

What I find most compelling about that article is that he argues that conservatives like PCs and liberals like Macs.
He also notes that Apple only has a 5% share of sales.
So...does this mean there are a lot of liberals who are unhappy with their computers, or does it mean that there are relatively very few liberals?
And what if a lot of conservatives owned Macs but just didn't use them to check conservative blogs because they were too busy designing pro-life propaganda?
