According to AARP (as reported in the Baltimore Sun), playing video games for one hour a day significantly improves one's visual and attention skills, with noticeable results beginning in as few as ten days (they mention that if you play Dance Dance Revolution or certain EyeToy games you get the added benefit of a cardio workout).

Now, did they mention at how many hours a day you start to injure those same skills, because I think after this week of Winter break excessive leisure, I might be headed there...
