On the net I heard a rumor that the ICEL's new Mass translation is not only done (except the decision on a few extremely minor details) and that it is scheduled in South Africa to begin to be used this December. I also saw what is supposed to be the text. It is even better than the earlier drafts.
Update: I saw a notice on the blogs I linked to that Msgr. Harbert has asked them please to remove the texts from their websites. So I removed the link to them.
