This is some screwed up stuff. The doctor who's killing all these babies is quoted saying, "If you inject too fast, you blow the kid off your needle." Clearly he recognizes that these are people. And yet he cavalierly kills them anyway.
He won't kill girls just because the parents like boys better, but he will kill boys because the parents like girls better? This a disturbed human being. God help him. And everyone he's killed.
