This is just a screen capture I did from Drudge. He's running a link to an article that says women prefer to date "ugly" men because handsome men are "boring." The text appears right above a completely unrelated and extremely unflattering image of Tarantino (who's also looking decidedly ecclesiastical). That would be funny enough, but I'm pretty sure Drudge is being intentionally ironic. Funnier by means of sheer coincidence is that the headline also appeared next to the faces of McCain and Kennedy in a random advertisement link...
