Brian Briggs at BBSpot.com is purporting to reveal Harry Potter spoilers.
I haven't read the book, and I don't plan to read it any time soon, so I have no idea whether or not these are actual spoilers or just very plausible but intentionally erroneous conjectures on his part (he admits he enjoys writing fake spoilers).
I just thought I'd post this to torture A&D readers (and contributors) who are in the midst of this naughtily occult book.

Just finished reading and yeah, they're fake spoilers.

On a related note I was just shush'd by the bartender while I was picking up my dinner because my roommate and I were discussing Harry Potter. Apparently he is only on chapter 5.

SPOILERSSPOILERSSPOILERS
Quite right. Hermione doesn't die. Rather Harry has the hots for her and permanently transmutes Ron into a Muggle cell phone to get rid of the competition. His parents are upset, naturally, but Mrs. Weasley can never be mad at Harry for long and Mr. Weasley is much happier to have a cell phone, of which he had none, than a son, of which he has many.
Harry, alas, is a poor husband and Hermione turns him into a bug. He tries to turn himself back, but only succeeds in turning himself into a frog. He is afterwards eaten by a hedgehog, which is where the book ends.

Oh, drat. My incredibly fake spoilers, which were supposed to be anonymous, left a trail to me. Oh well.
