Catholic School vs. Charter School...FIGHT!

Dr. Matthew Ladner just put an article up at Townhall.com talking about competition between Catholic and charter schools in the inner-city. In particular, he compares Arizona and Michigan to show how Arizona Catholic schools are able to thrive alongside charters, whereas funding regulations in Michigan won't allow vouchers to go towards private schools and provide no alternative aid for parents who opt for private schools...essentially driving Catholic schools into extinction.
